Carson had lots of fun spending time with his cousins Zach, Abby, & Carli. This was the best picture we could get of all of them together. The girls look great, Carson looks okay, and Zach, well....he's 13.

And, he even got a chance to sit in Grandpa Jim's Corvette for awhile.

Sweet Home California

Carson had a great time visiting with sweet baby Megan. He did his best to impress her, although I think she knows better than to fall for this "biker boy."

Carson also spent some time with his best buddie Brennan. They went to the park and had fun picking up sticks and grass...boys will be boys.

Carson started his new Little Gym class today. Here are a few pics from the summer class that we took. He loves swinging on the bars, climbing on anything and everything, and exploring every corner of the gym. He's not really great at sitting on the mat and participating in all of the organized group activities just yet, but he's getting better. He would rather run around the gym and check it all out. Luckily the teachers don't discourage his tendancy to EXPLORE :).

Even though Fall is right around the corner, we are still enjoying cool treats to beat the heat. Carson loves eating ice, especially Otter Pops.

To Cut or Not to Cut...

My hair is getting pretty long and many have said I should get my first haircut, but why would I cut all these beautiful curls? I'll get it cut eventually...

We are just getting started with Carson's blog so be patient because it might take us a while to get up to speed with this. Carson is 18 months and taking us for a whirlwind ride. He's a happy ENERGETIC boy with the gift to gab. For those of you who know his parents, this should not be too surprising. Carson keeps busy with Little Gym, playgroup, playtime with Daddy, and lots of outings with Mommy. He is learning new words every day, and we are laughing with amazement each time he blurts out a new one. His latest expression is "Okay!" which he says with varying tone and excitement when he is in agreement with you. We look forward to having fun with this blog and sharing it with family and friends near and far.
